What is Exhibitor Liability?

  • Easy online application and you will receive your insurance policy within minutes.  
  • Offers protection to individuals, organizations or companies that set up only ONE booth/kiosk/table or stand at any ONE given time. Additional set ups to be added by endorsement, subject to underwriting approval. Additional premiums may apply. 
  • Ideal for any exhibitors at consumer shows, trade shows, craft shows, markets, food fairs, festivals, concerts, malls, farmer’s markets, flea markets, etc. 
  • Alcohol :  We will consider Exhibitors serving sample sized beverages containing alcohol.  Please refer to our Caterer Program if you are a Mobile Bar or our Special Events Program if you are running a Beer Garden.
  • In order to qualify, you must be setting up in Canada, and have no explosives, weapons, chemicals, fertilizers, pesticides, pollutants, body piercing/tattooing or animals for display/sale.
  • If attending event outside Canada, coverage is restricted to the actual event date and provides Commercial General Liability coverage only.  Please contact underwriting for further details and or submit an application for consideration.

PLEASE REVIEW YOUR RENTAL AGREEMENT OR CONTRACT WITH THE VENUE PRIOR TO SUBMITTING YOUR SUBMISSION AS ANY CHANGES AFTER POLICY ISSUANCE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $25 FEE AND / OR ADDITIONAL PREMIUM.

What’s the coverage?

  • $1,000,000 to $5,000,000 Commercial General Liability.
  • $500,000 Tenant Legal Liability – covers liability for damage to premises you rent (higher limits considered upon request). 

The following optional coverages may be added:

Food/Beverage Coverage with options to include Alcohol samples/sampling only
“All Risks” Property Coverage, including coverage “in-transit” for 48 hours before and after the show. 
  • Choice of limits: up to $10,000, up to $25,000up to $50,000 (higher limits considered upon request)
  • EXCLUDED PROPERTY: Jewelry, fine art, precious stones, antiques, furs, plants, shrubs, money and securities, automobiles, motorcycles, and any other vehicles licensed for the road.

PAL’S ANNUAL EXHIBITOR POLICY FOR INDIVIDUAL EXHIBITORS

  • PAL’s Annual Exhibitor Policy means that you will no longer have to obtain individual insurance policies for each fair or festival that you exhibit at. One policy will cover you for multiple set-ups for the year, across Canada  (ONE booth/kiosk/table or stand at any ONE time. Additional booth or kiosk to be added by endorsement, subject to underwriting approval. Additional premiums may apply.)
  • Rest assured you will have coverage in place for each exhibition, fair or tradeshow that you attend.
